Returns
We will gladly accept returns under the following conditions
Contact us at exchange@starcostumes.com so,
that we may assist you and issue an authorization for an exchange. We can not
except any returns without a return authorization number.
Returns need to be made with-in five days of receiving
the package. Pre-Authorized returns MUST be returned with-in ten business
days.
Any unauthorized return subject to 15% restock fee and shipping is non refundable.
All items are new merchandise and free from manufacturing defects. If you discover
a defect that makes the product unusable we will repair or replace the item
at our option . All items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened,
original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered
in any way. Returns are generally processed within a week of receiving
the product back. During Halloween season (October and November) this process
may take up to 4 weeks
Payment Options
Credit cards accepted Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Money
orders and cashier check.
Orders other than credit card orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
International orders must be paid using wire transfer or bank checks in United
States Currency.
Order Processing
most orders placed before 3PM (EST) Monday-Friday will usually ship out the
same day.
Cancellations
Email us at cancelorder@starcostumes.com
Cancellation must be before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Rush order cancellations must be same day before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time.
This does not apply to orders that have been shipped.
If an order is refused at delivery, a 30% restocking fee will apply and shipping
is not refundable.
